SCVAN Legal Referral Form
For the intake process, we must communicate directly with the victim, not a third party. However, if you would like to provide some information about the victim in advance, you may do so through this form. Please instruct the victim to call us at (803) 509-6552 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to complete the intake process.
