What legal services does SCVAN offer? - South Carolina Victim Assistance Network

SCVAN provides direct legal representation for victims of crime. This can be in the form of information, referrals, a free consultation, or full case acceptance. We focus on enforcing crime victims’ rights and securing protective orders to help ensure safety and justice for survivors. At this time, we are not accepting contested Family Court Cases (such as Divorces, Child Custody, or DSS cases) or Immigration cases (such as VAWA Petitions, U Visas, and T Visas).
